Running Sunglasses from goodr: Review and Giveaway

By Amanda • April 9, 2018 • Gear Reviews & Giveaways

Hey, readers! How are you guys? I’m all excited because the cool folks at goodr sent me some of their sweet running sunglasses to try, and my super-scientific testing process has been a blast!
First of all, I have to tell you that the goodr website is a riot. Go, read it. There’s more personality stuffed into their website than should be legally allowed. From the color names to the Origin Stories, you can tell they took a fun product and *actually* had fun with it.
Second, I’m finding that their running sunglasses are totally capable of living up to the hype. I’ve used them for running, driving and hiking, in unpredictable weather and demanding terrain here in the Pacific Northwest, and I have yet to find a single fault with them.
And third, thanks to the cool peeps behind these running sunglasses, we have a pair to give away! More on that at the end of this post.

So here’s what I liked:
Good Lookin’ – These running sunglasses are great looking, and they come in lots of fun colors with names like Falkor’s Fever Dream, A Ginger’s Soul (you know those are black), Gardening with a Kraken, Donkey Goggles, and so many more. The ones I have are a color called Sunbathes With Wizards (YES I LOVE IT).
No Slippin’ – The rubberized surface feels good and actually works to keep them from slipping.
Polarizin’ – Of course, running sunglasses need polarized lenses. These are SO SO GOOD for eliminating glare from wet roads in this rain-sun-rain-sun weather we’ve been having.
No Bouncin’ – They don’t budge, even when you’re getting your run on.
Big Noggin? – They now offer a larger size to, in their words, “complement runners with gargantuan craniums”.

And, my very favoritest thing: They’re RUNNING SUNGLASSES that don’t cost a million dollars. HELLO, THANK YOU, FINALLY.

Oh, also, get this! goodr introduced a new colorway called Run Like a Kid. Sales of these running sunglasses benefit the 100 Mile Club, an organization that works to engage and empower kids and families to achieve a healthy lifestyle through physical activity nationwide. Each pair they sell funds two kids in the program for a year. How cool is that?

Now, I know you want your own, so here’s how you can win a pair!
